Genki Rising is a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started by Sachiko Reed who is a proud mother, daughter, sister, friend and survivor. She has extensive experience dealing with high conflict divorce and custody matters. Members of our board are composed of committed counselors, teachers, legal advocates, spiritual leaders, moms, dads and other walks life who are all committed to building a healthy and loving community.

Sachiko was born and raised in San Francisco and obtained her Masters Degrees in Ethnic Studies (SFSU) and in Sociology (UCSC) focusing on social justice and raci Sachiko has over 25 years of experience working in the field of education, leadership training, community development.
