The term Genki represents a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Genki stems from two root Japanese words: Gen and Ki

• Gen (元) means foundation, source, or root.
• Ki (気) translates as energy, spirit, internal power.

Combined, Genki means having a positive state- mentally, physically and spiritually. Sometimes, we lose our sense of self-worth and genki-ness when we are in relationships with people who do not treat us as equals.

As we heal and grow from our past relationships, we learn to reclaim our voice, restore our strength, and rebuild our identity. We begin to not only see we deserve better, but we begin to seek better relationships and grow stronger together. We are excited for you to join our community of strength, change & hope!
