Genki Rising empowers individuals to trust their inner voice so that they can begin to advocate for themselves. Caring and loving oneself is the first step in gaining back control in order to set heathier boundaries.

The Japanese word Genki translates as healthy. It is made up of 2 root words and Chinese characters: 1.) 元- “Gen” which means “origin,” “foundation”; or “source;” and 2.) 気- “Ki” which means “chi;” “energy”; or spirit. Thus, Genki Rising, symbolizes “the spirit “ki”power we all existing spirit within us that frees us into owning our strength, and transforming into our fullest potentia
